Noteworthy projects that I enjoyed immensely include creating an SSH server out of my desktop computer. Specifically, one that I can power on remotely by sending a WakeOnLan magic packet via a Raspberry Pi in order to save electricity. The Raspberry Pi remains on, and upon detecting a change to my IP address, will update the DNS records for my domain.
